I’m Ellen, an applied psychologist working with leaders, communities and institutions navigating complexity, change and uncertainty.
My work focuses less on fixing individuals and more on strengthening the relational conditions - trust, connection, shared understanding - that allow people and systems to function well, even when things are tough.
