Podcast Episode 001: Screw Ups and Steps to Happiness with Dr Jo Mitchell

It’s Episode 1 and my guest is Dr Jo Mitchell, Director of The Mind Room - a wellbeing, psychology and performance clinic in the the uber-hipster inner-city suburb of Collingwood in Melbourne.
I’m really excited to have Jo on the show as she is a source of inspiration to me. She has really diverse interests in psychology, all with strong focus on helping high functioning people - people who are excelling in one area of life - to maintain their balance, stay happy and well and sometimes bounce back from mental illness, burnout, or episodes of significant stress.
Jo’s background is in the sports industry. She’s on the Board of Action for Happiness Australia. She is currently MindMax Project Leader for the AFL Players Association and she is here to tell us all about these projects, her work with high performers and she will give us her tips at the end for success, happiness and fulfilling your potential.
