What Was Hot in 2016?

With 2016 drawing to a close it's time to take a look at the year that was.

Reviewing your achievements is a fantastic mood boosting exercise and not one we engage in very often. We get very focused on what we haven't done but rarely focus on what we have.

My challenge to you once the Christmas chaos has settled down is to take a few minutes to review 2016 and make a list of what you have achieved. It might surprise you!

Each year I review the most popular blog posts here at Potential Psychology. This year I'm joining in with some fellow writers for a group celebration of the year that was. If you're a writer or blogger you might like to join in. If not, make sure you click through the links at the end of this post to discover how others have fared in 2016.

In the meantime, here's the best of the PP Blog in 2016.
