Jo explains that Action for Happiness 'takes the best of the wellbeing literature and science and finds really practical, action-based ways that people can work into their life.'

Jo recommends 'The 10 Keys to Happier Living' by Vanessa King. It's the Action for Happiness handbook - a practical guide to implementing the 10 Keys in your life.

Ready to grow your confidence and self belief?

Psychologist Melanie Schilling works with professional women to develop their confidence and self-belief, allowing them to flourish in their life and career. You'll discover how your body language influences others and even changes the way you see yourself in Cuddy's book: Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges
